Pastry is Art was founded by Executive Pastry Chef Jenny Rissone because she felt there was avoid in the baking industry for quality products.


Pastry is Art vision is to deliver unique, interactive quality high-end baked goods that would usually be only available for the high-end resort. Impress your friends and family with custom cakes and pastries that are sure to be talked about well after the event is over. Pastry is Art will give you the look and feel of a high-end event.

About the Chef

Executive Pastry Chef Jenny Rissone is the head chef of Pastry is Art. Rissone went on to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Lima - Peru. She went on to work in the some on the best Bakery’s in Lima.


She then moved to Miami, Florida and worked at the Trump International Resort and Spa in Sunny Isles, Florida as a Executive pastry chef. After that work for Marriot Harbour Beach Resort and Spa in Fort Lauderdale a beautiful beach property as a Executive Pastry Chef.


Her last position was at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami, where she was the Executive Pastry Chef. Jenny Rissone now works exclusively for Pastry is Art.
