How text messaging works at Pastry is Art: what we send, how you opt in and how to stop at any time.
01 Our messaging program
Pastry is Art uses text messages to keep orders moving: confirming a pickup time, letting you know your cake is ready, coordinating a delivery or answering a quote. If you opt in to promotional messages, we may also send occasional news about seasonal items and specials.
02 How you opt in
You give us permission to text you when you give us your mobile number for an order or a quote, when you send us a message first, or when you check a box asking to receive messages from us. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
03 Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your order and the time of year. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
04 How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call the bakery at (305) 603‑9340. You can also simply ask us and we will remove your number.
05 Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
06 Your number and your privacy
We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
07 Changes
If our messaging program changes, we will update this page and the date shown above.
